For the moment, though, this site is limited to explaining the “My-CRI” buttons placed around Leysin, Switzerland.
The Leysin American School is conducting a “Local Environmental Transect Survey,” or LETS Study Leysin. It is a long-term high school science investigation that will record phenology and more at various elevations to detect changes over the coming years.
These My-CRI buttons are numbered, their locations are recorded with GPS, and they’re being monitored photographically. We welcome your photographic contributions to the Leysin study and encourage you to establish your own. Please contact us via the Contact Us form.
